Emotional Wellness Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic approach that meets you where you are.
Each private session becomes a space to exhale, to release tension, rebuild trust in your body, and remember your own capacity for calm and clarity. Using breath, mindful movement, and restorative rest, you’ll learn how to listen to your body’s wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and find steadiness within the chaos.

What to Expect
Each Emotional Wellness Yoga session includes:

  • Breathwork: Calming and balancing the nervous system. You’ll learn simple, accessible breathing techniques to regulate your energy, anchor presence, and gently shift from fight-or-flight into ease.
  • Mindful Movement: Gentle, grounding postures for emotional release. Each shape and transition invites awareness, allowing tension to dissolve and the body to find its natural rhythm of safety and flow.
  • Restorative Integration: Deep rest for body and mind. Supported poses and guided stillness help your system reset, giving space for healing to settle and integration to unfold.
  • Meditation & Reflection: Awareness practices for inner clarity and healing. Through guided meditation or quiet journaling, you’ll explore insight, compassion, and connection to your inner wisdom.

Public Yoga Classes & Meditations

A balanced class inviting you to experience both the active and the receptive sides of your practice. The Flow portion helps you shake off the day through mindful, breath-connected movement that builds heat and presence. The Yin portion invites you to slow down, release deep layers of tension, and rest into stillness.
The teaching blends gentle guidance with grounded awareness, creating a supportive space for students to explore their inner landscape with curiosity and compassion. Each class is intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and a felt sense of inner calm, helping you leave the mat feeling both restored and renewed.
