Joanna Barrett, E-RYT, LMHC, LPC, NCC is a certified and registered yoga teacher, licensed mental health counselor, and professional speaker specializing in the intersection of psychology, yoga, and nervous system health.
She has completed over 1,000 hours of advanced yoga training focused on trauma, emotional regulation, and mind-body integration.
