A 6-Week Embodied Healing Series for Women
This six-week journey is designed to help you move from overwhelm to inner steadiness through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and compassionate connection. Blending yoga philosophy, nervous system science, and psychological insight, each week offers an integrative experience of education, movement, reflection, and rest.
You’ll learn to recognize the patterns that keep you in “go mode,” regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom as a source of clarity, safety, and truth.
