A 6-Week Embodied Healing Series for Women

This six-week journey is designed to help you move from overwhelm to inner steadiness through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and compassionate connection. Blending yoga philosophy, nervous system science, and psychological insight, each week offers an integrative experience of education, movement, reflection, and rest.

You’ll learn to recognize the patterns that keep you in “go mode,” regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom as a source of clarity, safety, and truth.

Each 75-minute session includes guided meditation, gentle yoga, group reflection, and journaling, supported by a beautifully designed workbook with weekly practices and prompts.

Week 1: Arriving & Grounding
Creating Safety in the Body + Mind - Slow down, reconnect with breath, and establish a foundation of safety. Learn how the nervous system responds to stress and begin cultivating calm from within.

Week 2: Listening Within
Befriending the Inner Critic - Explore the parts of yourself that strive, judge, and protect. Through IFS-informed reflection and restorative movement, practice meeting your inner world with compassion.

Week 3: Releasing Perfectionism & Overdoing
Moving from Performance to Presence - Recognize survival strategies rooted in doing and achieving. Begin to release pressure and rediscover the power of being rather than performing.

Week 4: Returning to the Body’s Wisdom
Somatic Self-Awareness - Learn to interpret your body’s cues and signals as sources of guidance. Strengthen your capacity for emotional regulation through breath and gentle, embodied practices.

Week 5: Redefining Alignment
Living from the Inside Out - Clarify what alignment means for you, not by others’ expectations, but by your own values and truth. Deepen self-trust and move through life with grounded integrity.

Week 6: Integration & Ritual
Anchoring the Journey Forward - Honor your growth through reflection and ritual. Create your personalized “Calm Compass” to guide your continued practice of returning to inner steadiness.
